With some luck everything will work out fine
With some luck we'll live happy and well fed
With some luck this shoulder won't hurt
With some luck this back won't bend
Lucky Lucky Lucky
Oh won't we be lucky?
When the birds sing and the sun shines
Won't we be lucky?
When we'll have deserved our own part of paradise.
Sometimes I ask myself
If work is all it's about
Then I see them enjoying it
Seeing hours fly by doing something they enjoy
And earning their own part of our world
Everyone they love is better because of them
Their world rests on their back and they smile
Smile because they know everything is better for them
Them in their little corner of the world with their little society
Nothing ever goes wrong in faith city
And so they know
To be lucky is to be happy
Truly happy
